Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized, and authentic beauty consultations and makeup application services to customers
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and application techniques to enhance their purchasing decisions
- Contribute to in-store visual merchandising and maintain brand standards to differentiate the boutique competitively
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions efficiently
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment during flexible hours including weekends and special events
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Legal right to live and work in Israel
Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is desirable; applications from individuals with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are also welcome.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is preferred but not required.
