A skilled makeup artist and beauty advisor for MAC counters, combining creative expertise with personalized customer service to deliver inspirational in-store experiences. The role involves providing product education, executing in-store events, and maintaining visual merchandising standards within a fast-paced retail environment. Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expert makeup application and personalized beauty consultations to customers
• Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and brand heritage
• Execute in-store promotional events and beauty demonstrations
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and counter presentation
• Process transactions using retail point-of-sale systems
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing store team to exceed sales targets
• Demonstrate MAC brand values and maintain inspirational customer engagement

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Right to live and work in Israel with ability to provide proof upon request

Skills

Experience

Makeup artistry certification or previous retail beauty counter experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level makeup experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are also encouraged to apply.

Education

Certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not required; equivalent professional training or demonstrated expertise in cosmetics application is valued.
