A skilled makeup artist and beauty professional who combines creative expertise and authentic customer engagement to deliver personalized in-store experiences. The role encompasses makeup application, consultative selling, visual merchandising contributions, and event execution within a fast-paced retail environment, supporting MAC's positioning as a leader in prestige beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized makeup application and beauty consultations to customers in-store
• Educate customers on product benefits, techniques, and brand heritage through demonstrations and one-on-one engagement
• Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency using retail POS systems
• Contribute to in-store events, product launches, and promotional activations to drive sales and brand engagement
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to ensure competitive positioning and brand consistency
• Collaborate with store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Demonstrate creative and technical makeup artistry expertise across diverse client needs and preferences

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated technical and creative expertise also considered
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a prestige retail environment
• Capability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Proof of right to live and work in Israel

Skills

Experience

Certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is preferred. Applicants with amateur-level makeup experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply.

Education

Makeup artistry certification or equivalent training is preferred but not required. Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) is assumed as a baseline.
