MAC, part of the Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences through skilled makeup application and consultative customer service. The role combines creative and technical expertise with retail execution, including participation in in-store events and maintenance of visual merchandising standards. This position offers entry-level candidates with amateur-level makeup experience the opportunity to develop professionally within a prestige beauty environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expertly executed makeup application and personalized beauty consultations to customers in-store
• Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and brand philosophy to drive engagement and sales
• Participate in planning and executing in-store promotional events and launches
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate against competitors
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver seamless customer experiences
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the MAC portfolio and recommend appropriate products based on customer needs

Qualifications

• Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application, whether through formal certification or proven amateur-level experience
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Right to live and work in Israel (with proof required if invited for interview)

Skills

Experience

Amateur or professional-level makeup artistry experience is desirable; retail makeup experience preferred but not required for candidates who can demonstrate equivalent creative and technical expertise.

Education

Certification in makeup artistry or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required; secondary education or equivalent assumed.
