Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, authentic, and inspiring customer service across all client interactions
- Achieve sales objectives and KPIs whilst maintaining high service quality standards
- Build collaborative working relationships with store team members to support a positive work environment
- Develop client relationships and educate customers on MAC product benefits and applications
- Maintain cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency during transactions
- Work flexibly across commercial hours, including weekends and peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Proven experience in point-of-sale or customer service roles, preferably in cosmetics, fragrances, or luxury retail
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service

- Availability to work commercial hours, including weekends
