Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and applications to enhance the customer experience
• Educate customers on makeup techniques, product benefits, and optimal product usage
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the store environment stands out competitively
• Execute and support in-store promotional events and product launches to drive engagement and sales
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions efficiently during retail hours
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve performance targets and maintain operational excellence
• Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as required

Qualifications

• Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
• Right to live and work in Australia

Skills

Experience

Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level creative and technical expertise are welcomed and will receive comprehensive training.

Education

Makeup artistry qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
