MAC, a prestige beauty brand within the Estée Lauder Companies portfolio, seeks Part-time Beauty Advisors for multiple retail locations across Israel including Ramleh, Yavneh, Jerusalem, Kfar Saba, Netanya, and Eilat. The role combines personalised client consultations with product sales, visual merchandising responsibilities, and shift-based part-time availability including weekends. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert colour and makeup consultations to clients, with emphasis on cosmetics application and shade matching
- Execute sales transactions and achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain pristine visual presentation and merchandising standards of the beauty counter or retail stand
- Work flexible shift schedules, including weekend availability, in a part-time capacity
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience required
- Cosmetics or makeup certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in cosmetics products, trends, and application techniques
