MAC Beauty Advisor position in Milan, providing personalized beauty service, driving sales, and supporting visual merchandising standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide authentic, personalized service that meets assigned customer service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspiring, educational, and unique shopping experience for each client.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company’s high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or service environments, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work according to store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, evening shifts, and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Italy.
