MAC seeks a Beauty Advisor for a full-time temporary role in Mexico City. The advisor delivers personalized customer service, creates inspiring in-store experiences, and supports sales objectives and store standards through strong teamwork.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a welcoming, authentic and personalized service to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that introduces customers to products and services suited to their interests and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team to help the store meet the company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Availability to work business hours, including weekends.
- Experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
