Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application and product consultations to customers, demonstrating advanced technical and creative skills
- Deliver personalized, authentic customer service to inspire and educate shoppers on MAC product benefits and usage
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain familiarity with retail POS systems
- Participate in in-store visual merchandising initiatives to maintain high standards and competitive differentiation

Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)

- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Creative and technical expertise in makeup application at a minimum amateur level
Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong amateur-level makeup expertise and demonstrable creative and technical skills are welcome to apply.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates should possess a minimum of secondary education or equivalent professional qualification.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from GBP 15,000 to GBP 17,000 per annum.
