MAC seeks a skilled makeup artist to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store beauty services that educate and delight customers. The role combines creative and technical expertise with exceptional customer engagement, requiring proficiency in makeup application, product knowledge, and visual merchandising. The candidate will contribute to high-impact in-store events and maintain MAC's premium brand standards while working as part of a collaborative retail team in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expert makeup application and beauty consultations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
• Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and skincare compatibility to drive informed purchasing decisions
• Participate in the creation and execution of in-store events and promotional campaigns to generate brand awareness and sales impact
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the department to uphold MAC's luxury retail aesthetic
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently while processing transactions and managing customer data
• Build lasting customer relationships through authentic, personalized service that reflects the brand's commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental sales targets and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a luxury retail setting
• Capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Proof of right to work in Israel

Skills

Experience

Makeup artistry or retail beauty experience is desirable but not mandatory; candidates with amateur-level experience demonstrating strong creative and technical abilities will be considered.

Education

Formal certification in makeup artistry is preferred but not required.
