The Beauty Advisor provides welcoming, authentic and personalised customer service, supports sales objectives and creates inspiring in-store experiences while collaborating with the team to uphold company standards. The role is part-time and temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a welcoming, authentic and personalised service to achieve sales and customer-service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps each customer discover what best inspires and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team and help the store meet the company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Valuable experience in point-of-sale or customer service, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work during store opening hours, including weekends.
- Preferable experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office.
Skills
Experience
Experience in point-of-sale or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances; experience with cash registers or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
