MAC seeks a Beauty Advisor in Madrid to deliver personalised customer service and inspiring in-store beauty experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalised service to customers, achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that introduces customers to the products and services that best inspire and delight them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team.
- Help ensure the store meets the Company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Point-of-sale or customer service experience is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work store hours, including weekends.
- Experience operating a cash register or point-of-sale software is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Experience
