Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store beauty consultations that educate and delight customers
- Create makeup looks and provide technical expertise tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Execute in-store events and activations as part of a high-performing sales team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and displays to ensure the counter stands out competitively
- Process customer transactions using retail point-of-sale software
- Contribute to the overall aesthetic and brand presentation of the counter and store environment
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical makeup expertise
