Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and makeover services tailored to individual customer preferences and skin tones
- Execute and maintain M·A·C visual merchandising displays to ensure brand standards and competitive retail floor presentation
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead in-store promotional events to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain active, comprehensive knowledge of M·A·C product lines, formulations, application techniques, and shade ranges to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
- Handle product packaging, merchandise displays, and materials up to 25 lbs with physical dexterity required for extended retail floor presence
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a prestige beauty environment
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special promotional events in a fast-paced setting
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire or interview
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales execution and customer-facing service delivery (preferred)

Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred; however, demonstrated ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty or cosmetology certification is advantageous but not required.
