The Beauty Advisor delivers personalised customer service, creates an inspiring in-store experience and supports sales objectives while collaborating with the store team. This is a part-time role in León, Spain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a welcoming, authentic and personalised service to achieve sales and customer-service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps customers discover products and services that inspire and delight them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team and help ensure the store meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working atmosphere.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Experience in point-of-sale or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Experience with cash handling or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
