As a Beauty Advisor for MAC, the candidate will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for customer engagement to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience. The role involves educating customers, executing in-store events, and maintaining the brand's high visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive differentiation. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup consultation and application services tailored to individual customer preferences and skin types
- Execute in-store beauty events and educational demonstrations to drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store displays to brand specifications
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process customer transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the in-store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage techniques, and brand values
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in Israel
- Amateur-level makeup experience acceptable if paired with strong creative and technical aptitude
Skills
Experience
Previous retail makeup experience is desirable but not required; amateur-level experience is welcomed provided the candidate can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
Education
Qualification in makeup artistry is preferred but not mandatory.
