MAC seeks a Beauty Advisor in Johannesburg to provide personalized make-up experiences, contribute to in-store events, and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role is full-time regular and includes retail hours across days, nights, weekends, and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards to distinguish it from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
