Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational in-store makeup consultation and application services
- Educate customers on makeup techniques, color selection, and product benefits
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to competitive excellence
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or equivalent professional training (preferred)
- Previous retail makeup or beauty counter experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated high-level creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to live and work in Israel
