The Beauty Advisor welcomes customers, delivers personalized service to support sales and customer-service targets, and collaborates with the store team to uphold visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalized service to achieve customer-service and sales targets.
- Deliver a distinctive in-store experience that educates, inspires and satisfies customers through a passionate approach to the company, its products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure the store meets the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and customer-relations experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Ability to provide engaging, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours in a fast-paced environment, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office.
