The Beauty Advisor Intern at MAC welcomes customers, delivers personalised beauty service and supports sales objectives, customer experience and visual merchandising standards. The role is an internship in Caserta.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalised service that meets assigned customer service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspirational, educational and unique shopping experience for each customer through enthusiasm for client interaction, the company, its products and services.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company's high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services; cosmetics experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work in line with store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Italy.
