As a highly skilled Beauty Advisor at MAC, this role combines creative expertise and passion for customer engagement to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and demonstrations to customers
- Execute makeup applications with creative and technical expertise to educate and delight clients
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the retail space
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Build authentic customer relationships and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Support the store in achieving brand standards and competing effectively in the market
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in makeup application

- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
