MAC seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight customers through expert makeup application and consultation. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application and personalized beauty consultations to enhance the customer experience
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive brand engagement and sales
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate the retail environment
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service that reflects MAC's prestige positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions efficiently

Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Romania

Experience
