MAC, a prestige beauty brand within the Estée Lauder Companies portfolio, seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store customer experiences through expert makeup artistry and consultative selling. The role combines creative expertise with retail acumen, requiring the ability to educate customers, execute in-store events, and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards. This part-time position offers an entry point into prestige beauty retail for candidates with amateur to professional makeup experience and a passion for customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational and personalized in-store beauty consultations and makeup services to customers
• Demonstrate creative and technical makeup artistry expertise to educate clients on product applications and techniques
• Execute in-store events and promotional activities as part of a high-performing retail team
• Maintain and enhance visual merchandising displays to ensure the store competes effectively in the prestige beauty market
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during transactions
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service while working flexible retail hours

Qualifications

• Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level makeup experience with demonstrated technical and creative expertise also considered
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Capability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Proof of right to live and work in Israel

Skills

Experience

While certification in makeup artistry and prior retail makeup experience is desirable, the employer welcomes applicants with amateur-level makeup experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise and a genuine passion for customer engagement.

Education

Makeup artistry certification or equivalent training is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
