The Beauty Advisor delivers welcoming, authentic and personalised service to meet sales and customer service objectives, creating an inspiring in-store experience and supporting the team in meeting company standards. The role is part-time and requires availability during retail trading hours, including weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a welcoming, authentic and personalised service to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps customers discover what inspires and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team.
- Help ensure the store meets the Company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail trading hours, including weekends.
- Experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software and using Microsoft Office is preferred.
