Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.
