Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized beauty consultations and makeup application services to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
- Combine creative vision with technical expertise to deliver transformative makeup experiences that educate and delight clients
- Execute in-store events and activations as part of a collaborative team to drive impact and engagement
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure MAC stands out against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work flexibly across retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application at any level (professional certification, retail experience, or strong amateur-level skills)
- Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems
- Right to live and work in Romania

Experience
While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, the role welcomes applicants demonstrating high-level creative and technical expertise at any experience level, including those with strong amateur-level skills.
