MAC seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Concord, California, to deliver personalized customer experiences, contribute to in-store events, and help maintain visual merchandising standards. Retail sales experience is preferred, though applicants with amateur-level experience may qualify by demonstrating strong creative and technical expertise; the hourly range is $17.33–$28.88, with eligibility for a competitive bonus program.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
• Use creative and technical expertise to serve customers.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
• Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
• Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.33 to USD 28.88 per hour.
