MAC, part of The Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and drive customer engagement across the prestige beauty portfolio. The ideal candidate combines creative expertise with exceptional customer service acumen to educate clients on product applications, execute visual merchandising displays, and support promotional events in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a freelance position staffed through Randstad.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to drive client satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor to enhance brand visibility
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
• Maintain active product knowledge of brand offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs

Skills

Experience

Preferred previous retail or beauty industry experience; familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
