MAC Beauty Advisor - Freestanding Store position in Auckland, New Zealand. Part-time retail makeup artist role with Estée Lauder.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized makeup consultation and application services to enhance the customer retail experience
- Execute in-store events and campaigns in collaboration with team members to drive brand awareness and sales impact
- Maintain and uphold visual merchandising standards to ensure the store presents a compelling, competitive aesthetic
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (desirable but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in New Zealand

Previous retail makeup experience or amateur-level makeup expertise with demonstrated technical and creative proficiency is acceptable; retail POS experience is preferred.
Education
