The Beauty Advisor combines makeup artistry and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver personalized customer experiences, support in-store events, and uphold visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards so the store stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry; amateur-level experience is welcome.
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
