MAC seeks an energetic Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised customer service, meet sales goals and create an educational, inspiring and satisfying in-store experience while upholding visual merchandising standards. The role is part-time and temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver distinctive, personalised service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Create a unique in-store experience that educates, inspires and delights each customer through a passionate approach to colleagues, the company, products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the store meets the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and customer relations experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Ability to deliver engaging, distinctive and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours in a fast-paced environment, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office.
