Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, memorable in-store experiences through exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- 2–3 years of experience in a beauty-related role
- Degree or certification as an esthetician, beauty consultant, or equivalent (preferred)
- Expertise in luxury service delivery with authentic, personalized approach
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Social media proficiency and awareness of current beauty trends
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Flexibility to work store hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of sales experience in the beauty industry, or 2–3 years of experience in a beauty-related role. Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets in a retail or luxury beauty environment.
Education
Degree or professional certification as an esthetician, beauty consultant, or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required.
