The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets, customer service objectives, and operational goals within a prestige beauty retail environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching sales associates to meet all sales and customer service targets
- Develop team members through structured coaching and mentoring to maximize performance and career potential
- Manage retail operations including inventory control, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale procedures
- Ensure implementation of visual merchandising standards and brand presentations
- Provide authentic, personalized customer service and maintain high standards across the store
- Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to optimize team productivity
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
