Estée Lauder Companies seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager at MAC Toronto to lead retail sales teams and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive brand loyalty and sales performance
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and cash reconciliation
- Manage point-of-sale systems and retail operations software in a fast-paced environment
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events as required
- Monitor team performance and provide mentoring to help associates reach their full potential
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Proven supervisory and retail operations experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Track record of successfully coaching and developing sales teams to exceed targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management training or certification is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 48,000 to USD 58,000 per annum.
