Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the Sales Associate team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and cash reconciliation
- Provide inspirational, personalized customer service and maintain brand standards across all customer interactions
- Manage point-of-sale systems and associated daily reconciliation procedures

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Proof of legal right to work in the United States

Experience
Proven supervisory and coaching experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management or business education preferred.
