Dynamic leadership position supporting the Store Manager in directing a sales team at a MAC prestige beauty counter. The role requires proven supervisory expertise, retail operations proficiency including inventory and cash management, and a commitment to coaching Sales Associates toward sales and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team management
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and cash reconciliation
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct training and mentoring to develop Sales Associates' performance and capabilities
- Manage point-of-sale operations and retail systems
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring others
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Competency in Microsoft Office
