Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Mentor team members to develop their capabilities and reach their full potential
- Manage retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale procedures
- Provide inspirational and authentic personalized customer service
- Oversee retail hours including managing day and night shifts, weekend coverage, and special events

Qualifications
