MAC seeks a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Concord, California, to support the Store Manager in leading and developing Sales Associates and achieving sales, service and operational targets. The role requires retail and supervisory experience, retail operations expertise, and proficiency with point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office; compensation is $22.60–$35.70 per hour, with bonus eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Previous supervisory experience, with a track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
