Estée Lauder's MAC seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Calgary, AB to lead and coach sales associates in a prestige beauty retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Coach and mentor sales associates to reach their full potential and deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Manage retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Maintain proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in Canada

Education
