MAC is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing Sales Associates and achieving sales, customer service and operational targets. The role is a 37.5-hour, five-day-per-week maternity cover position at Brown Thomas Limerick.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Contribute to the success of the store or counter.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Ireland if invited to interview.

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics, and previous supervisory experience.
