Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Develop and mentor team members to reach their full potential and drive performance
- Manage retail operations including inventory management, stock levels, and cash reconciliation
- Operate and maintain proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive brand loyalty
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events to support store operations
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
