M·A·C is seeking an energetic and inspiring Area Retail Trainer to drive makeup artistry, retail expertise, and people development across retail locations in the Gulf region. This highly mobile role combines makeup artistry with retail training and team coaching, requiring the successful candidate to work across multiple markets (Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain) to strengthen store teams' artistry, product knowledge, selling capabilities, and ability to deliver the distinctive M·A·C consumer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive makeup artistry and retail training programs to store teams across assigned regional markets
- Coach and mentor retail associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Demonstrate advanced makeup application techniques and stay current with M·A·C's latest product collections and trends
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on artistry, brand positioning, and consumer engagement strategies
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team development and growth
- Travel consistently across Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain to support store operations and training initiatives
- Collaborate with regional management to identify training needs and customize development programs
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and retail performance metrics across territories
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' professional experience as a Retail Manager, Regional Artist, or comparable retail training role
- Intermediate to advanced makeup artistry skills with ability to teach and mentor others
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching capabilities
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness and flexibility to travel consistently between Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
- High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized work approach

Experience
Minimum two years of professional experience in a retail management, regional artistry, or retail training capacity, preferably within the prestige beauty or cosmetics sector.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training or certification in makeup artistry, retail management, or professional development is preferred.
