Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive makeup artistry and retail training programs to store teams across assigned regional markets
- Coach and mentor retail associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Demonstrate advanced makeup application techniques and stay current with M·A·C's latest product collections and trends
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on artistry, brand positioning, and consumer engagement strategies
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team development and growth
- Travel consistently across Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain to support store operations and training initiatives
- Collaborate with regional management to identify training needs and customize development programs
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and retail performance metrics across territories
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' professional experience as a Retail Manager, Regional Artist, or comparable retail training role
- Intermediate to advanced makeup artistry skills with ability to teach and mentor others
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching capabilities
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness and flexibility to travel consistently between Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
- High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized work approach
