LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator in Illescas, Spain to oversee 3PL operations, inventory control and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse operations performed by the external 3PL partner, including inbound, put‑away, storage, order preparation (B2B & B2C), outbound and returns.
- Ensure warehouse procedures and documentation are executed correctly and in compliance with agreed quality, productivity and service standards.
- Coordinate special handling, labelling, rework and bespoke order preparation requirements.
- Monitor and validate customer return processes and escalate operational incidents for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the logistics provider, drive corrective actions and follow up on action plans.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and define preventive measures to reduce errors and improve productivity.
- Oversee inventory accuracy: plan and supervise cycle counts and physical inventories, analyse discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage procurement and control of warehouse consumables and supplier relationships.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives (layout, flows, controls, systems) together with 3PL and internal stakeholders.
- Verify allocation and validation of 3PL invoicing and ensure correct registration of services in internal systems.
- Coordinate cross‑functional interactions with Customer Service, Transport, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams and support maintenance of operational documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply‑chain roles, including oversight of outsourced/3PL operations.
- Proven experience with inventory control, cycle counting and stock discrepancy analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS environments (experience with SAP preferred) and MS Office; familiarity with reporting tools for KPI tracking.
- Strong organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated problem‑solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean) and operational optimisation.
- Knowledge of import/export and customs requirements; familiarity with dangerous goods handling/shipping (IATA CAT1) is a plus.
- Good level of English for international coordination is desirable.

Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics/warehouse experience, including direct management or coordination of outsourced 3PL operations and inventory control in multi‑client or retail/e‑commerce environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration or a related discipline is preferred.
