LVMH Beauty Iberia seeks a retail and visual merchandising intern in Madrid for a 6-month position starting September, supporting sales operations and merchandising design.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales tracking and analysis of sales performance and KPIs by store and product line, identifying trends, top-performing items, and monitoring team productivity
- Manage budget and invoicing, including processing invoices, tracking expenses against budget allocations, and ensuring financial accuracy
- Support inventory planning, defining stock levels, and ensuring compliance at the point of sale
- Provide sales administration support, including managing and assisting the Beauty Consultants team with operational tasks and administrative processes
- Prepare reports and presentations for special projects and periodic sales analysis
- Support the design, development, and implementation of pop-up stores, promotional sites, and displays at points of sale and retail locations
- Assist with the entire lifecycle of merchandising projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met
- Participate in the development of detailed and technical drawings, planograms, prototypes, renders, and plans
- Assist with the production of conceptual creative designs
- Manage supplier relationships: process orders, coordinate materials, organize project calendars, and present visuals and guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Enthusiasm, proactivity, and strong team collaboration skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Strong communication skills
- Quick learning ability

Experience
Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or related business operations is valued, though not mandatory for entry-level interns.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field required. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
