LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Visual Merchandising Intern in London to support retail activation and in-store experiences across the UK and Ireland.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support diverse trade activities and retail activation strategies across multiple channels and retailer environments
  • Assist in developing point-of-sale materials with external suppliers, managing projects from briefing through installation while maintaining budget and retailer compliance
  • Create and communicate visual merchandising guidelines and planograms for product launches and seasonal animations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate creative concepts into retail execution
  • Conduct regular visual merchandising reviews and competitor analysis, documenting findings in reports for headquarters
  • Plan and coordinate the ordering of POSM materials and testers for VM activities, launches, and new counter openings
  • Manage lightbox and digital screen scheduling and artwork review for in-store displays
  • Execute field visits, respond to Area Manager inquiries, and provide on-site support during key launches and store openings
  • Prepare purchase orders and handle ad-hoc operational tasks with precision and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
  • Strong creative sensibility with passion for innovative retail design
  • Demonstrated understanding of luxury retail and customer-centric design principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear and concise reporting style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp considered advantageous
  • Energetic, self-motivated personality with genuine passion for luxury retail

Experience
