LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Visual Content Project Assistant intern in Levallois-Perret, France (Jan–Jul 2027). €1,300–€1,400/month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate visual management and communication charter oversight with prepress vendors and internal stakeholders
- Verify compliance of visuals received from agencies and ensure proper file depositing on company servers
- Transmit communication charters and rights dates to vendors for posting on online ordering platforms
- Upload high-definition charters and backlit visual masters to internal platforms and maintain server archives
- Receive, allocate, and prepare shipments of visual reference materials according to market needs via DHL
- Execute and adapt communication visual charters and specific framing upon request, including derivations of framing books and country-specific proposals
Qualifications
- Degree in Applied Arts or Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of graphic production chain and printing techniques
- Fluent English
- Strong autonomy, attention to detail, and reactivity
- Excellent organizational and collaborative skills

Entry-level; no prior experience required. Ideal candidate is currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in applied arts or graphic design.
