Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver an integrated people strategy that enhances engagement, performance and long‑term talent sustainability across the Fashion Group Americas.
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning to ensure structures and capabilities align with brand ambition and business growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Maison Presidents and executive leadership on people, culture, and organizational implications of strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Maison HR Directors to translate Group and regional initiatives into locally resonant solutions while preserving each Maison’s creative identity.
  • Drive strategic talent acquisition and market intelligence to identify and attract senior and high‑potential talent for critical functions.
  • Design and implement leadership development, succession planning and learning frameworks across Maisons.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with Group philosophy.
  • Manage complex employee relations, compliance, and disciplinary processes with discretion and legal rigor.
  • Champion HR technology adoption and data‑driven HR practices, including AI initiatives, to improve service delivery and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise across talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR technology and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated ability to align human capital strategy with complex business objectives in matrixed, multi‑brand organisations—preferably within global luxury, fashion, retail or consumer sectors.
  • Track record of leveraging HR technology and analytics to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Experience building and leading high‑performing HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
