Treasury Intern position at LVMH Beauty Iberia in Madrid, Spain. Support cash management, reconciliations, and financial reporting operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and verifying automated payment files for suppliers and intercompany disbursements, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines and compliance procedures
- Support preparation of manual payments by gathering required documentation and verifying compliance with internal authorization policies
- Monitor bank remittances and track timely receipt and settlement within SAP systems
- Perform preliminary daily bank reconciliations and verify transaction details against internal records
- Support preparation of short-term cash flow forecasts by gathering data from various departments
- Assist in monitoring daily cash positions and tracking actuals against forecasts to identify variances
- Manage issuance and verification of bank guarantees, controlling associated commissions
- Periodically review and reconcile bank fees, expenses, and financial income for the group
- Ensure timely and accurate transfer of bank movement files to the Accounting Department
- Assist in preparation of monthly treasury reports, compiling data and performing basic analysis on FX exposures and cash flow positions
- Support coordination of daily cash activities for retail boutiques and e-commerce operations
- Perform reconciliation and verification of daily credit card collections from various platforms
- Maintain records of corporate insurance policies and gather information for renewals or incident reporting
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Fluent Spanish and English (C1 level); French is advantageous
- Proficiency in Office 365, SAP, and XRT software
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Previous professional experience in finance or treasury operations is preferred but not required; the role is designed for early-career professionals and recent graduates seeking comprehensive treasury training.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
