LVMH Beauty Iberia — Treasury Intern in Madrid. Full-time internship supporting cash management, bank reconciliations and treasury reporting (6+ months).
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify automated and manual payment files for suppliers and intercompany transactions, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with authorization policies, and adherence to deadlines.
- Perform preliminary daily bank reconciliations, input bank movement data into SAP, and escalate discrepancies to the Treasury Analyst for resolution.
- Support short-term cash flow forecasting by gathering inputs from internal stakeholders and monitoring daily cash positions versus forecasts.
- Manage issuance and verification of bank guarantees, control associated commissions, and reconcile bank fees, expenses and financial income for the group.
- Compile and consolidate data for monthly treasury reporting, including basic analysis of FX exposures, cash positions and other treasury metrics.
- Coordinate daily cash activities for retail boutiques and e-commerce, reconcile credit card collections across platforms, and liaise with security partners for cash transfers.
- Assist in documentation and administration for bank remittances, guarantee requests, insurance records and general treasury administrative tasks while learning treasury best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a closely related field.
- Fluent Spanish and fluent English (C1). French is an advantage.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship of at least six months with a university agreement; immediate availability preferred.
- Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.

Entry-level / beginner. Previous internships or any professional experience in treasury, cash management or finance will be considered a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
